Artwork: May be submitted on disk or emailed to Way2Cool. Please include company name, PO#, address, contact name, phone number, and email address for art approval. Artwork must be camera ready with no touch up or change needed. When sending files on disk, convert all text to paths and outlines. Files sent should be in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe EPS or Adobe Photoshop (300 dpi or higher). Artwork with specific PMS colors should be noted on disk; preferably in Adobe Illustrator format. Artwork not received in acceptable format will incur a standard hourly charge of $75.00.

Imprint: All items are pad printed.  Full color process is available.  Change of ink color: $20 (v) per color.  PMS Color Match: $30 (v) per color.  PMS color matches cannot be guaranteed.  We will supply best color imprint for item if not specified on purchase order.  Email proofs are provided free of charge.  Pre-production and spec samples: $50 (v).

Product Colors: Custom colors available, call for details.

Second Location: Each piece will be charged at the same rate as an additional color imprint. See catalog for price breaks. If logo is different there will be an additional set up charge of $45 (v).

Standard Printing Colors: All colors are approximate.

Payment Terms: N30 upon credit approval.  Visa, MasterCard and Discover' please include account #, exp. date and name as it appears on the card.

Catalog/Sample Request: Catalogs are provided free of charge within a reasonable limit.  Samples will be billed at EQP less 10%; please provide your shipping account number with your request or freight will be billed.

Inventory: For quantities larger than specified in catalog please contact us for delivery times.

Pricing/Quotes: Published prices are subject to change without notice.  For large quantity pricing please contact us.  All written quotes are valid for 30 days.

Shipping: Orders are shipped FOB, IL.  Orders are shipped UPS ground or via trucking company of our choice, unless otherwise noted on your purchase order.  Shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice.

Overruns and Under Runs: All orders are subject to 10% overruns and under runs and will be billed accordingly.  These shipments will be considered complete.

Production Time: 10-14 working days after receipt of order and approval of artwork for catalog quantities unless otherwise stated.  Rush service is available, please call for details.

Returns/Cancellations: Complaints must be filed within 30 days of shipment.  Goods may not be returned without a written authorization number.  Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.  Claims for damages in transit must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery.  A cancellation fee of $30.00 plus cost of all work in progress up to that point will be charged.

Liability/Warranty: Seller's liability is limited to credit or replacement of any portion of a shipment and shall in no case exceed the amount charged for goods.  Warranty: No warranties are expressed or implied by seller concerning the marketability or suitability of its products for any specific use or purpose.

Trademarks & Copyrights: It is assumed by Way2Cool that artwork submitted for printing is being used in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding its usage.  Customer agrees to assume any liability resulting from claims against us for service marks, infringements of trademarks, copyrights, patents, and personal rights.
