Ordering: All orders must be submitted in writing and include the following information: Item #, description, price, quantity, shipping method, in hand date, bill/ship-to addresses, and hard
copy or JPG of artwork. Orders will be confirmed when received.

Payment Terms: N30 upon credit approval. Visa, MasterCard and Discover; please
include account #, exp. date and name as it appears on the card.

Catalog/Sample Request: Catalogs are provided free of charge within a reasonable limit.
Samples will be billed at EQP less 10%; please provide your shipping account number
with your request or freight will be billed.

Inventory: For quantities larger than specified in catalog please contact us for delivery times.

Pricing/Quotes: Published prices are subject to change without notice. For large quantity
pricing please contact us. All written quotes are valid for 30 days.

Shipping: Orders are shipped FOB Rockford, IL. Orders are shipped UPS ground or via
trucking company of our choice, unless otherwise noted on your purchase order. Shipping
and handling charges will be added to your invoice.

Overruns and under runs: All orders are subject to 10% overruns and under runs and
will be billed accordingly. These shipments will be considered complete.

Production Time: 10-14 working days after receipt of order and/or approval of artwork for
catalog quantities unless otherwise stated. Rush service is available, please call for details.
